Work out at least once a week with Paul for a MINIMUM of 6 weeks
Fill in a food and exercise journal every day throughout the time spent working with Paul and deliver it via email EVERY Monday
Follow one of Paul’s infamous fat-destroying home training programs a minimum of 3 days a week (these NEVER take longer than 40 mins)
Be prepared to give up wheat, alcohol, processed foods and dairy for the first 30 days of the program
Put forward 100% effort in all aspects of the fat-loss process both diet and training
Maintain a positive ‘can do’ attitude throughout your time with Paul
Understand that you will train Paul’s way, no other way, regardless of what you have done in the past. He has a proven track record of success, BIG success. What he does works and it works like nothing else you've experienced.
